Uno.Jet + Quatro.Jet

The Uno.Jet + Quatro.Jet are turn-key print solutions that deliver reliability and performance in a compact package.

The MJR Uno.Jet packaging printer’s zero-maintenance, all-in-one print heads and 7” touch screen combination give you a simple yet powerful way to print in single lane scenarios up to 1/2” wide.
The MJR Quatro.Jet connects up to four pens to a single 7”screen, giving the user the ability to print on multiple sides.
Pens can be joined to print an area up to 2“ wide. Using proven and highly reliable print solutions based on Hewlett-Packard technology,
MJR Uno.Jet and MJR Quatro.Jet packaging printers are the ideal product for serialization, barcodes and human-readable printing, in a small, yet easily integrated format.

Vertical Coding Solution

MJR Core.Jet 15” User Interface (UI) is an Embedded, 15" touch screen computer which provides print job design, printer configuration, control and monitoring for up to sixteen Print Controllers or four lines. The15” UI has both IPS Director and IPS Producer pre-installed. It is supplied with a keyboard and mouse and a keyboard mounting bracket suitable for installation on the Fixed Stand. A USB port allows for connection to hand held barcode scanners or for thumb drives to upload print jobs.

Serialization

Serialization with barcode verification is available as an option for any MJR Vision print products.
The inkjet printer applies unique serialization number to each piece for Track and Trace capability.
The wide range of adjustment for variable positioning of the printhead will accommodate accurate placement of serial numbers. The serial number can be printed almost anywhere and can be positioned horizontally or vertically.
At speeds in excess of 10,000 pieces per hour MJR Print modules more than qualified to produce high efficiency prints.

The barcode camera verifies the expected order of any numerical series, detects duplicates and missing numbers, and matches serial numbers to inkjet data.
